The Boy's Are Back!

Today at the 61st Annual Tony Awards rehearsal where Daniel, Bobby and John Lloyd and I prepared for our presentation and performance at this evenings ceremony, Tituss Burgess (Fellow original cast member of Jersey Boys starring in next years Little Mermaid.) asked me if I can believe it's been a year already since our big day at the Tony's. "To tell you the truth", I told him "It seems like a lifetime ago." 52 weeks, over Four hundred performances of Jersey Boys, a rocket-launched career, the birth of my new little Elizabeth, my son Eli's triumphal first year in middle school and my little princess Erika's toothless grin and graceful growth as a young lady and I'm looking back saying what a year! These milestones are enough to spread over a lifetime. I am so happy to have established myself through this Broadway hit. Thanks to CBS, The American Theater Wing, The League of American Theaters and Producers, the Tony Awards and of course our fans who just can't seem to get enough. Good luck to this years nominees and congratulations to all whose hard work makes the live broadway theater experience a reality. Here's looking forward to the next Sixty One years!

I will be back in the show after a one week break. I am off to get my kiddos from California. I will miss you at the theater while I am gone.

Blessings,

Christian

The Mother of All Moms!

Second only to my wife Melissa, my mother Susan and mother-in-law Mary anne...

I had the pleasure of portaying Florence's son Twenty years ago in a groundbreaking ABC Afterschool Special about a boy who contracts AIDS through a blood transfusion. Other cast members included Ronny Cox, Cady Mcclain, Wallace Langham and Dana Ashbrook. I am so thrilled to be hosting her evening. Florence has performed since she was Seventeen years old. In addition to her few but famous years as Mrs. Brady, Florence has graced the stage in Broadway National Tours, Feature Films and Television events. She starred on VH1's "The Surreal Life" last season and currently, Florence is on every week day morning hosting "Living Live!" with co-host Meshach Taylor ("Designing Women"), if you miss her morning show you can always catch her on the air every five minutes singing the "Polident" commercial. She is an amazing talent and genuine blessing to all who know her. Her concert will prove to be "Oh, What a Night."

"A Man For All Seasons"

Check out this weeks Soaps In Depth magazine. Kimberly Roots wrote a nice article about my role on ABC's All My Children. The storyline of the fateful power outage is back in the mix, so if you want Marty back from his "vacation" in Belize, Let ABC know!

Cheers!

Jersey Boys' Hoff Will Join "Brady Bunch" Star Henderson for Joe's Pub Concerts

Tony Award-winning Jersey Boys star Christian Hoff will host the June 11 concerts at 7 and 9:30 PM. Hoff and Henderson have worked together before; in the late eighties they filmed an ABC Afterschool Special entitled "Just a Regular Kid: An AIDS Story." The TV movie, which aired Sept. 9, 1987, cast Henderson as the mom of Hoff, who had contracted AIDS through a blood transfusion.
